01Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses this website, operated by Careprime Clinic, 15030 Highway 6, Rosharon, TX 77583 ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Cookie Policy and Advertising Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02No Medical Advice

Content on this site is for general education only. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for a visit with a licensed clinician. Reading the site, sending a form or emailing us does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are seen by one of our providers. Read our Medical Disclaimer for more.

03Emergencies

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away. Do not use website forms, email or social media for urgent medical needs. These are not monitored around the clock.

04Appointment Requests and Walk-In Visits

• Sending a form is a request, not a booked appointment. A visit is confirmed only when our staff contact you and confirm a time.
• Walk-in visits depend on how busy the clinic is and on the services available that day.
• Office hours, services and locations shown on the site may change. Please call (832) 400-2050 to confirm before you come in.

05Telemedicine Visits

Video visits are offered when a provider decides one is appropriate for your concern. You may need to be physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. Some problems need an in-person exam, and the provider may ask you to come to the clinic or go to an emergency room. A steady internet connection and a device with a camera are your responsibility.

06Prices, Insurance and Payment

• Cash prices on our Cash Pricing page are for self-pay patients, are for general information and may change without notice. Office fees may apply. Please confirm your total with the front office.
• Mentioning an insurance company on this site does not guarantee that your plan covers a service or that we are in network for your specific plan. Coverage is decided by your insurer. Please check with your plan and our front office.
• Lab, imaging and specialist services from outside companies may be billed separately.

07Consent to Calls, Texts and Email

When you send a form and check the consent box, you agree that Careprime Clinic may contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by text message, about your request and your care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving care.

08Patient Reviews

Reviews shown on this site come from patients' public Google reviews. Names may be shortened for privacy. Reviews describe one person's experience and are not a promise that your results or experience will be the same.

09Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms.
• Use the site to send spam, malware or harassing messages.
• Try to break into, overload, scrape or interfere with the site or its security.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access to anyone who misuses the site.

10Our Content

Text, graphics, logos and photos on this site belong to Careprime Clinic or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell site content without our written permission.

11Translations and Third-Party Tools

The language switcher uses Google Translate. Automated translations may not be exact. The English version of any page, including these terms, is the official version. Maps, fonts, translation and other tools on the site are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. The same applies to any outside websites we link to.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the site will be error-free, current, uninterrupted or free of viruses.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Careprime Clinic and its owners, providers and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using or not being able to use this website or relying on its content. This section does not limit any responsibility we have for the medical care you receive as our patient, which is governed by Texas law.

14Your Responsibility

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs this causes Careprime Clinic, to the extent allowed by law.

15Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

16Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
