Types of TESTING
- PCR TEST (Molecular Test)
- The specimen is collected on-site and sent out to a lab
- Results typically come back as fast as 24-36 hours. * Some tests can take 2 to 3 business days depending on which lab the specimen was sent to and the number of COVID cases/testing volume.
- Performed via nasopharyngeal swab

How It Works:
- Schedule your appointment by –
- Calling us at 832-802-7913 (Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM) or
- By using ‘make an appointment’ feature on our website careprimeclinic.com
- At the time of your appointment – Drive to Careprime Clinic located at 15030 Highway 6, Rosharon, TX 77583 (Click for Directions)
- Upon arrival – Keep windows up, have your ID and insurance card ready.
- You will be asked to fill out the required paperwork.
- Once confirmed: You will be asked to roll down the window for us to evaluate and take the temperature and your nose will be swabbed by the staff.
- The sample is put in a sterile container and sent to the lab.
- That’s it! Exit the parking lot. You will get a phone call with your results.

People who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should call 832-802-7913 for an initial screening. Patients who should be evaluated are those who have coronavirus symptoms: fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Those who either have had contact with a known coronavirus patient or who have traveled in an area where there is known COVID-19 community spread should also be tested.
